About Us Paul Everett Print and Design

Established in 1985 by owner Paul Everett, after 10 years working in the printing industry in various positions. 6 years as print manager at a Prontaprint branch together with the sales side of the job gave him the idea of opening his own business.
The first set up was running from his own garage in Eccleshill, Bradford with his own print machine and dark room. Business quickly grew and soon the garage was not big enough so after 2 years it was time to expand and find new premises.

In 1987 Morrisons opened their flagship store at 5 lane ends, Bradford, offereing workshops for small growing businesses, now was the time to move, a unit was chosen before the store was even finished and in October 1987 the move was made.

The business flourished in the first couple of years and a second unit was taken and extra staff and equipment purchased to cope with the increase in print and design work.
It was clear the way technology was going that the business needed another string to its bow and the obvious choice was personalised t-shirts. This was a new growing market and with the artistic capabilities of Paul's brother Craig, the wacky designs for stag and hen groups seemed an obvious direction to move into. A website was launched and after a year we were on the first page of google search for many keywords and orders were coming in thick and fast from across the UK.

The print and design side of the business still grew, although steadily so to add to the services we provided to small businesses we moved into workwear specialising in small quantities. Promotional products followed, pens, keyrings, coasters, mugs etc, anything that a logo could be printed on, the list was endless.

In 2004 Ebay came along and we started to design and produce football related t-shirts, retro film and tv t-shirts, slogan t-shirts, to sell on a one off basis to the fast growing t-shirt market. Ebay gave us the opportunity to test the water of certain products with limited cost and risk. It gave us the platform to try out designs and ideas before setting up a full website only for it to fail because of the level of demand.

In 2009 we had the idea of designing and producing Christmas Sweatshirts a cheaper version of the knitted Christmas Jumpers. Our Rudolph sweatshirt was born and sales went through the roof and the demand was incredible. In 2010 we set up the Cheesy Christmas Jumpers website and launched more products and a brand was born. Our garments started to appear on TV and many celebrities and we are very proud to say we were at the for front of the Christmas Jumper revolution in the UK. Our famous LED Light Up Knitted Christmas Jumpers followed and some fair isle knitted designs which have sold out year on year. With the increase in sales and popularity we have increased our product range for 2013 and expect another busy festive season.
